Note: Our refund and complaint window is limited to 14 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for resolution.

Handling Damaged or Flawed Products

In case you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not functioning as advertised, please reach out immediately. We accept responsibility for damages occurring during manufacturing or shipping.

Help us process your request faster by attaching photographs that clearly show the problem—such as missing components or visible defects. For best results, place the item on a neutral surface, include the product tags or defect indicators in the shots, and ensure clarity.

Once we verify the defect, we will arrange for a replacement. Typically, there’s no need to return the faulty item. Your images also contribute to our ongoing quality enhancement efforts.

Please note: This policy covers manufacturing defects only and does not include damages caused by accidents, mishandling, wear and tear, sun exposure, or post-purchase modifications. The 14-day window applies here as well; beyond that, refunds or replacements may be unavailable.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries

Did your package arrive later than expected? You are eligible for a full refund or a replacement. Please contact us with your order details, and we will prioritize your case to resolve the issue efficiently.

Important: Claims must be submitted within 60 days of your order date. After this period, tracking information might expire, limiting our ability to assist. Once processed, refunds typically take 3–10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider’s procedures.

Refund Processing Timeline

All refunds are returned to the same payment method used during purchase. After the refund is authorized, please allow:
